Emily Norris

My name is Emily Norris and I have been singing in church as long as she can remember. In 2021 I was asked to serve as substitute choir director. In October of 2022 I was formally added to the St. Paul staff as the choir director. My responsibilities include selecting the offering repertoire, directing the choir, and coordinating special music.

I am a Bay Area transplant and moved to the Lodi area in 2016 to attend University of the Pacific. I graduated from University of the Pacific with my Bachelors of Music in Music Education with a vocal concentration. I am working towards a Masters of Arts in Music Education at San Jose State. I still work closely with University of the Pacific and am currently mentoring my third student teacher. I currently teach elementary music, band, and choir in Lodi Unified and also sing with the Stockton Chorale. 

In my free time I enjoy hiking and traveling with my husband and lounging with our two cats.
